Service was fast and helpful. From the time I ordered the M&P 9 Shield Plus online, to taking it home only took 11 days, which was way faster than I thought it would take. The gun itself is small, but comfortable to hold, and conceal. I’ve only put 50 rounds through it so far, I can say it’s a little snappy, but not too bad. Overall though I think it’s a good lightweight, concealable 9mm.
